These conditions apply to purchases made on the zainoflysmart.it site. The characteristics of the product and the availability of colors are indicated on the pages of the site. The images illustrate the product; Color rendering may vary depending on the screen.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The ordinary price of FlySmart is €89.90. The total is shown before sending the order. Payment is made in advance, using the methods actually available at checkout. Cash on delivery and any payment upon delivery or unloading are not accepted.
The code FLY100 gives a 10% discount on the product FlySmart: €80.91 per backpack compared to the price of €89.90. It is limited to the first 100 eligible orders using the code, once per customer, not combinable with other discounts. The final amount and applicability are verified at checkout. Once 100 uses have been used, the code is no longer valid. There is no discount on foreign shipping costs.
Before payment you can check color, quantity, address, discounts and total. Sending the order involves the obligation of payment. You will receive a confirmation via email; keep the confirmation and order number. If availability or payment problems arise we will contact you to resolve them, without unarranged replacements.
Standard shipping is free throughout Italy. Approximate times are 3-5 working days from confirmation of payment. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not working days. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
Costs, times and availability of the service must be verified based on the country. Before ordering from abroad, write to besmart@gescocis.com indicating destination and quantity. Any fare shown at checkout refers only to the selected destination.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Cash on delivery and any payment upon delivery or unloading are not accepted.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer; consult the Returns and refunds policy for procedures and refunds. For new goods, the two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies, with the remedies provided by the Consumer Code, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer.
The configuration must be chosen based on the airline and the fare purchased. Check the measurements and weight of the full backpack before departure: the availability of four configurations does not guarantee acceptance on every flight.
