If you purchase as a consumer, you can communicate your wish to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason. You can use the email above or another explicit statement sent to the seller. The recommended subject line does not limit your statutory rights.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. We will provide you with operating instructions; to meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the communication before the deadline. The seller's contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.
The direct costs of return shipping for withdrawal are borne by the customer. Pack the product appropriately and keep proof of shipping. You can inspect it as you would in the store; you remain responsible for any decrease in value caused by manipulations beyond those necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We refund payments due within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, with the same means used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed without costs for the customer. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Any standard delivery costs paid will be refunded; any increased costs of more expensive delivery methods chosen by the customer are excluded.
For defects or non-compliance, write to besmart@gescocis.com indicating the order and problem, attaching any photos. These cases follow the legal guarantee, without costs borne by the consumer for the remedies due. The customer-paid return shipping rule for a change of mind does not apply in these cases.
